Wise Owl Properties is pet-friendly. We do not place a 20 pound limit on pets. We believe you should be able to bring your loved ones with you no matter how much they weigh. We have a 2 pet limit in all of our homes.

There is a one-time $250.00 non-refundable pet fee.
